Conscious Care Group is growing, and we're looking for experienced Support Workers who are ready to take the next step in their career.We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong background in mental health who are interested in progressing into a House Leader role in the near future.We are a boutique NDIS provider delivering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) to participants with a range of mental health needs.We pride ourselves on creating a workplace where staff feel supported, respected, and set up to succeed, while providing protected, consistent, and high-quality care to the people we support.About the RoleYou will support participants living with complex mental health conditions, which may include ASD, BPD, DID, PTSD and Schizophrenia.
Some participants experience complex or challenging behaviours.
