Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking a passionate Bush Kindy Leader to join HillsEarly Learning Centre (ELC).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week - OPENING & CLOSING SERVICE (6:30am to 6:30pm)Location: JimboombaCompensation: Up to $39/hr + super
Bush Kindy Leader/Lead EducatorBush Kindy Leader/ Lead Educators are responsible for guiding our nature program with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
Mentor and support Assistant Educators
Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards
Qualifications & Attributes:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Blue Card
Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
