This is an chance to make a genuine impact by improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and creating a high-performing maintenance culture.If you thrive on leading people, solving complex mechanical challenges and driving continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.The OpportunityReporting into the Quarry Leadership Team, you'll lead a dedicated afternoon maintenance crew responsible for maintaining both fixed and mobile plant across the site.This role has been created to maximise planned maintenance outside of peak production hours, giving your team greater access to equipment and enabling proactive maintenance that keeps the operation running at its best.You'll be trusted to lead your team, improve maintenance processes and influence operational performance.What You'll Be DoingLead and mentor a team of maintenance tradespeople.Coordinate preventative,



planned and reactive maintenance activities.Improve plant reliability and equipment availability.Plan and supervise shutdown maintenance.Coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with site standards.Work closely with operations to minimise downtime and maximise production.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.About YouYou'll be a hands‐on leader who enjoys developing people and improving plant performance.
