We value leadership that's present, standards that matter, and teams who take pride in their role and the experience they deliver every day.About the RoleReporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will lead the hospitality operations across Folio and Roslyn Packer Theatre, balancing exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and the unique operational demands of a live performance environment.Leading venue operations end-to-end, setting the tone for service, culture and performanceBeing present on the floor, driving service standards and guest experience across restaurant, bar, event and theatre service periodsOverseeing food and beverage performance, maintaining exceptional standards across dining, beverage service and event deliveryDriving revenue growth through the development of non-theatre trade,
