The Role




You will be responsible for delivering and supervising specialist injection and consolidation works across a range of underground mining and civil applications, including:
Resin injection and ground consolidation
Fall recovery and strata rehabilitation
Cavity filling using resins and foaming grout systems
High-flow water control and water redirection solutions
Injection trials and technical assessments
Personnel supervision and workforce development
Client support and business development activities
Training and mentoring local personnel in specialist injection techniques
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Minimum 5 years' experience in underground mining and/or specialist civil construction
Demonstrated experience with chemical injection systems, resin applications and cementitious grouting techniques
Knowledge of fall recovery, water management and ground support practices
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
Strong safety leadership and a proven commitment to safe work practices
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and undertake domestic and international assignments
