About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Student Services Manager to lead and enhance the student experience within a growing and purpose-driven higher education institution.
Reporting to the Registrar, you will oversee the delivery of student services across the entire student lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
This is a key leadership role, offering the prospect to drive process improvements, lead a high-performing team and contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registrar across all areas of student administration and services.
Lead, mentor and develop the Student Services team.
Drive continuous improvement of student systems, processes and data integrity.
Oversee student onboarding, credit transfers/RPL and grievance management.
Maintain the accuracy, security and confidentiality of student records.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a student services leadership role, ideally within higher education
Data management skills with a focus on accuracy and reporting
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Requirements:
Full working rights in Australia
Availability to work five days per week on-site
