Work with clients, authorities, operations staff and field crews to produce compliant plans that are practical to implement on site.
Open to experienced designers and established traffic professionals stepping into design.DutiesPrepare TMPs, TGSs, traffic control layouts, risk assessments and detour plansManage designs from initial request through to approval, revision and issueCoordinate permit and approval requirements with TMR,



councils and other authoritiesCollaborate with operations and field crews to ensure safe, practical implementationMaintain accurate design records, document control and version managementSkills & ExperienceTMD qualification and design experience, or solid background as a TMI, Traffic Supervisor or Traffic PlannerKnowledge of QGTTM, MUTCD Part 3 and Queensland authority requirementsExperience with Invarion RapidPlan or comparable traffic planning softwareCAD or 12D drafting experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail, technical judgement and ability to manage competing prioritiesCulturePeople enjoy working in this team because the work is varied, the environment is down‐to‐earth, and you are trusted to manage your own workload.
