We're a busy, family-run clinic with a close-knit work family, and we're currently seeking a friendly and reliableDental Assistant/Receptionist to join our work family.This is a dual role with a mix of reception and clinical assisting duties, offering variety and the chance to learn new skills in a warm and professional environment.About the Role:You'll work across both reception and clinical areas, supporting our team of 8 dentists in a modern practice with 5 fully equipped surgeries.Reception Duties Include:Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcomeBooking and managing appointmentsAnswering phone calls and handling email enquiriesProcessing payments and health fund claimsGeneral administrative tasks to keep our front office running smoothlyRoom changeovers and preparing treatment areasInfection control procedures and maintaining a clean environmentReprocessing and sterilisation of instrumentsBasic lab work (training provided)About You:Friendly, reliable, and a true team playerEager to learn and willing to work across different areas of the practiceComfortable communicating with patients and supporting the clinical teamIdeally experienced in a dental settingWhat We Offer:A caring, down-to-earth team where everyone supports each otherFlexible hours with starts from 7:30am and 9:00am.Opportunities for training and professional growthHigher rate of pay for Saturday shifts!
