About youYou will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.Key responsibilities will be:Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.Manage and maintain client relationships.Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipmentCoaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.About youBachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essentialMinimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction,



previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regardedStrong skills in managing client relationships.Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.Exceptional people management abilities.What's in it for you?
