This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established, highly respected industrial business, a critical division and the ability to shape its next phase of growth.
The OpportunityReporting to the Group Manufacturing Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, performance and continued growth of the Coatings Division, spanning galvanising, thermal zinc diffusion and industrial paint operations.With a workforce of 70+ across multiple sites and a long-tenured, high-performing team, this is an prospect to lead an established and successful division, sharpen performance, strengthen capability and unlock the next stage of growth.
You will operate across both strategic and operational levels, driving commercial outcomes, lifting operational excellence, strengthening the team and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a large, established workforce across multiple coating operationsDrive operational performance across production, quality, safety and deliveryManage full P&L; responsibility, including budgets, forecasting and cost controlStrengthen customer relationships and identify new commercial opportunitiesPartner with senior leadership on strategy,



planning and continuous improvement initiativesChampion safety, compliance and sustainability across all operationsReview and optimise paint and coating processes, driving efficiency and innovation

You will bring:
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, coatings, galvanising or a related industryStrong business management capability with P&L; ownershipA track record of leading large teams and driving performance outcomesThe ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levelsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsA genuine commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
