Demand and NPD to ensure the AUS/NZ Supply Chain is agile and customer focused with a focus on continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain capacity plans based on demand forecasts and inventory targets.Support the Production manager to align production schedules with available capacity and supplier lead timesRaise purchase orders in SAP ECC for packaging, imported materials and finished goodsMonitor and manage open orders to ensure on-time deliveryTrack and adjust order quantities/timing in response to demand or supply changesRegularly run MRP, forward planning including material availability checksEnsure labelling work orders and consumable order processes are managedMaintain key vendor schedule reportsManage supplier performance on lead times, service levels, and communicationWhat You Will BringTertiary Qualifications in a related field desirableProven experience in a supply planning role within FMCGExperience with short shelf life or perishable productsStrong stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)Experience working in material requirements planningStrong time Management and organisational skillsAttention to detailWhat We Can Offer YouA positive, supportive environment that encourages both career and personal growth, celebrates achievements, and recognises successAn engaging and creative workplace filled with passionate individuals who value diversity and think differentlyA hybrid working environment - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from homeA strong focus on maintaining a healthy work life balanceA paid day off on your birthdayAnd yes there are chocolate perks,
