We support people to build skills, confidence, and independence through real work.About the RoleWe are seeking a caring and hands‐on Employment Support Supervisor to support employees delivering Mobile cleaning (RVM) services across South‐West Sydney.This is a field-based role with most of your time spent travelling between sites and supporting employees.Your focus will be coaching, encouraging, and supporting employees with disability to complete their work safely, confidently, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support employees across RVM cleaning sitesCoach and encourage employees to build confidence and workplace skillsTravel between sites and ensure cleaning tasks are completed safely and to standardComplete basic reporting, support notes,
