You'll work closely with designers and joiners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‐quality finishes across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating CNC routers for timber window and door componentsReading and interpreting production drawings and cutting listsCNC setup, tooling,
and material preparationMaintaining high standards of accuracy and finishQuality control of machined componentsRoutine machine maintenance and general workshop supportSkills & ExperienceExperience operating CNC machinery in Timber Joinery preferred.Ability to read and understand detailed shop and production drawingsFamiliarity with Biesse 5 Axis Router or similar preferred)Robust attention to detail and workmanshipReliable, safety‐conscious, and able to work effectively in a teamWhy Join Us?
