This is a full-time role focused on leasing residential properties, processing tenant applications, and presenting properties for rent, while also assisting the property management team with inspections when required.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management and leasing within a well-established local agency.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct open homes and private inspections for rental propertiesPresent and market properties to prospective tenantsProcess and assess rental applicationsLiaise with landlords and tenants during the leasing processPrepare and coordinate lease documentation and approvalsAssist with ingoing and outgoing inspections when requiredMaintain accurate records in property management systemsDeliver professional communication and service to landlords and tenantsSkills & ExperienceMinimum 6 months experience in real estate leasing or property managementExperience using PropertyMe, Snug,Vaultre and IgniteNSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence requiredStrong communication and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksUnderstanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation preferredAbility to work independently and manage leasing schedulesCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicle requiredWhat We OfferFull-time position with stable hoursCompetitive salary based on experienceSupportive and skilled team environmentOpportunity to grow into a senior property management roleWork with an established West Ryde real estate agency
