Your job is to understand what someone wants from their career, match them to the right course and guide them through to a confident enrolment.This role is open to both full time and part-time candidates.Key responsibilitiesMeet and exceed KPIs in line with business targetsMaintain enrolment quality: right student, right courseRepresent the organisation's brand and values in every interactionMaintain accurate,

2+ years in a sales role or call centre environmentExperience in HubSpot (not essential)A proven track record hitting KPIsExcellent phone and written communicationStrong objection handling, negotiation and follow-up skillsAbility to build rapport quicklyHigh level of computer literacyExcellent written communicationHighly regarded industry backgrounds: education, training, healthcare, insurance, travel, telco or fitness
