To be successful in this position, you will be passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through food and have the personal drive to take your culinary experiences to the next level.What you'll be doing:Assist in planning, preparing and delivering menus for banquets, corporate functions, stadium events and premium hospitalityTaking ownership as an emerging leader, setting standards through your work and behaviourLead kitchen operations during service periods, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standardsGuiding and supporting chefs, apprentices and stewards during prep and serviceAssisting with menu implementation, stock control and kitchen organisationUpholding food safety, HACCP,
