We ensure we are working in a fun workplace with cleanliness, quality, and consistency as a big part of our DNA.Our people are a big part of our success, so we are actively looking for driven, engaged kitchen staff that are wanting more in a job and want to embrace our systems and lead a positive team to serve the best burgers and hand-crafted sides available.Tasks & responsibilitiesIn-store training of kitchen staff to adapt kitchen standards and proceduresStrong and professional communication and leadership skills on all levelsAbility to work well under pressure and keep calm and calculated during peak service periodsOverseeing stock levels, daily ordering schedule, stock rotation and weekly stocktakingEnsuring compliance with food handling,



hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelinesFollow recommended guidelines to ensure recipes are being followedUnderstand and adapt ordering to maintain sustainable food expensesHave a well-presented kitchen brigade in an open and vibrant kitchenBe a hands-on cook that is willing to lead by exampleEmbrace monthly specials and give input and submit ideas where relevant to head officeBuild strong relationships with local foodservice and supply partnersWork with state-of-the-art docket systems and order processes (Bump It and Kounta)Most of all, be an engaged leader with a positive attitude and the ability to use constructive feedback to run a tight shipWhat's in it for you?
