You'll use sales trends and stock analysis to keep the business stocked with the product our customers want, and shape how it flows through to our outlets, online store and retail partners.
You'll work closely with our sales, operations and marketing teams along the way.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyse stock on hand, sales and forward orders to place monthly purchase orders with our supplier, in line with purchasing budgets and inventory targets.Own the merchandise plan and stock allocation for our outlet stores — right styles, sizes and stock depth in every location.Own the merchandise plan and stock allocation for our online store,



aligned to ecommerce sales trends and the promotional calendar.Plan promotional activity together with the sales and marketing teams and ensure stock is in place to support it.Work closely with the sales team day to day - collecting and maintaining sales data from our majors and independent retailers and preparing reports and demand forecasts they can act on.Own the product master files - keep product data complete, accurate and up to date across our systems as new ranges arrive.Take a major part in creating our yearly product catalogue, bringing together seasonal and core ranges.Monitor and report on key performance indicators including sell-through, stock availability, closing stock and forecast accuracy, with clear recommendations.Analyse sales by SKU and size curve to inform buying decisions and keep closing stock under control.Run in-season and post-season reviews, identifying risks and opportunities across the range.ABOUT YOU3+ years' experience in a merchandise planning, allocation, inventory or similar analytical role - footwear, apparel or wholesale experience is a bonus.Robust numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations and marketing.A commercial mindset - you connect the numbers to real buying and trading decisions.Well organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage monthly order cycles and long lead times.Experience with an ERP or planning system is a plus.A positive, can-do attitude - and a sense of humour never hurts around here.Full working rights in Australia.WHAT WE OFFERcasual dress codeBalanced work/life culture.Generous staff discountsA supportive, energetic team that genuinely enjoys coming to workYour birthday, your day offLife is short, let's have a little fun!
