This is a rare and sought after opportunity for a desirable medical reception role, only reliable and committed candidates should apply.Responsibilities:Patient service and medical receptionScheduling of appointments in Radiology Information SystemSupport practice doctors and clinical staff in providing efficient delivery of quality servicesLiaising with referring doctors and medical practice staffProviding information and preparing patients for their procedurePatient invoicing and receipting including Medicare, DVA,



private accounts and workers compensationContributing to the smooth and effective operation of the receptionAdditional administrative duties as directed by managementYour skills and experience:Customer service experience and well-developed people skillsExcellent communication face-to-face and over the phoneReliable, motivated and well presented to work with the publicA high level of computer proficiencyExperience in medical reception is advantageousStrong organisational skills, ability to manage workflow, multitask and prioritise workloadAbility to thrive in a team environment and follow instruction from members of the clinical teamAustralian work rights are required for this positionThe position is permanent full time.
No weekend work or travel required are for the role.
