$60–$70 per hour + super, depending on experience and capability$2,000 sign-on bonus**Fully maintained company vehiclePaid overtime and applicable allowancesConsistent pipeline of solar, battery and electrical workGenuine opportunities to progress into supervisory and leadership rolesCompany events, team days and employee recognition initiativesWork for an established electrical contractor – not a solar sales companyTHE ROLEYou'll work across solar, battery and electrical projects throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland,



including:Residential and commercial solar installationsBattery energy storage systemsSwitchboard upgrades and associated electrical worksTesting, commissioning and fault findingSolar maintenance, diagnostics and rectification worksLeading installations and supporting apprentices and trades assistantsCommunicating professionally with customers and project teamsDelivering safe, productive and high-quality workmanshipABOUT YOUYou'll ideally have:Queensland Electrical LicenceCurrent CPR/LVR and Construction White CardDemonstrated solar installation experienceSAA Solar accreditationBattery accreditation highly regardedStrong technical and fault-finding capabilityHigh standards of workmanship and safetyThe ability to take ownership of jobs and solve problemsA professional approach with customers and your teamWHY ASTILL'S?
