They pride themselves on the successful and timely delivery of projects valued up to $15m.As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:Creating tenders from first principlesNegotiating with subcontractors and suppliersRisk analysis of project via the plans and also programsCollecting and analysing the scope of works to estimate the cost of labour,



machines, subcontractors, time and any other associated costs which may impact the projectSetting programs and budgets from structure through to handoverTo be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Quantity SurveyingExperience in estimating projects valued between $1m to $15mConstruction New Build Fit out & Refurb experience is highly regardedSound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractorsThanks for your consideration.
