We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a permanent full-time Afternoon Shift position that offers robust job security, ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and developing their technical skills within a high-performing manufacturing environment.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, completing machine setups and changeovers, maintaining product quality and helping to minimise downtime through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.You'll receive training across a variety of equipment, including corrugators, single facers, flexo folder gluers, rotary and flatbed die cutters, casemakers,
