One role is for afternoon shift and one is for night shift.
This role will start off on a 12-month fixed term contract with a chance becoming permanent afterwards.This role is well‐suited to someone with solid QA/food safety experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in root cause analysis, non‐conformance management, customer complaint investigations, and process improvement.About the RoleReporting to the Food Safety & Quality Manager, your key responsibilities include:Maintaining compliance withHACCP, BRC, Halal, Kosherand customer‐specific quality programs through audits, inspections, validations and trainingApplyingroot cause analysistools and drivingCAPAto resolve issues and prevent recurrenceUsingStatistical Process Control (SPC)to support product quality improvements and enhance CpKEnsuring compliance with policies, procedures, documentation and timely completion of actionsSupporting production with timelyproduct releaseand technical quality guidancePromoting a culture wherefood safety and qualityare central to daily operations and leadership behaviourLeading and supportingcontinuous improvementand structured change initiativesLeadingnon‐conformance investigations,



customer complaint reviews and ensuring timely reportingManaging non‐conforming stock, rework, inspections and product returnsCollaborating with Operations and R&D; to ensure NPD meets food safety and quality requirementsDelivering thesite quality improvement roadmapby leveraging data insights and cross‐functional teamworkSkills & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree inFood Science, Microbiology, Chemistryor a related field3 years' experience in food manufacturing QA or food safetyStrong background inroot cause analysis, CAPA, non‐conformance and complaint investigationsExperience with SPC, data analysis and continuous improvement methodologyExcellent communication skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively withProduction, Quality, R&Dand; external stakeholdersStrong leadership, problem‐solving and decision‐making capabilitiesCompetence with computer systems (Advanced Excel and SAP desirable)Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and unit operationsBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
