We're looking for a motivated and passionate Solar Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team at Hills Natural Solar.
This is more than just a sales role; this is an opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while helping them switch to cleaner, smarter energy.
Based in the beautiful Hills District of Sydney, this full-time position involves working directly with both residential and commercial clients to deliver customised solar and battery solutions.
You'll be supported by a family-run business that truly values integrity, connection, and sustainability.
What you'll be doing:
Reaching out to new clients through networking, referrals, and digital campaigns
Visiting homes and businesses to understand each customer's unique needs
Presenting tailored solar solutions with a focus on clarity, honesty, and real value
Quoting, negotiating, and guiding clients through the entire journey — from the first chat to the installation
Building lasting relationships with our customers — we don't do quick wins, we build trust
Staying in the loop with the latest solar technology and industry trends
Collaborating with our supportive operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Who we're looking for:




Someone with solid sales experience (solar industry experience is a must!)
A confident communicator, profound English speaking, who's genuine, approachable, and loves helping people
A curious mind with a positive grasp of how solar systems work and proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
A natural problem solver who's proactive and solutions-focused
Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
Holds a valid driver's licence, owns a reliable vehicle, and is happy to travel around the local area.
