You will provide expert technical advice, monitor program quality and compliance, and work closely with Outdoor Adventure teams to strengthen operational practices and ensure alignment with organisational standards and industry best practice.
You will play a key role in supporting staff capability through coaching, training, and technical guidance,



while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program quality, risk management, and participant experiences across our Outdoor Adventure Centres.About YouYou are passionate about outdoor adventure, safety, and developing others.
