Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will receive hand-on training and be responsible for learning to:Assist workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers with parts enquiriesLearn to identify and interpret automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership systemsBuild relationships with mechanical workshops, panel repairers, and trade customersProcess parts orders accurately and efficientlyAssist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory managementMaintain a clean, organised, and effective parts departmentDeliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via emailDevelop knowledge of ERA DMS and manufacturer systemsOsborne Park Suzuki & Isuzu is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Department.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
