We are looking for a reliable team member to join our warehouse, dispatch, and manufacturing operations.This is a hands-on role involving component assembly and final‐stage product manufacturing, alongside general warehouse and dispatch duties.4-day work week (8 hours per day, 32 hours per week)Immediate startLong-term employment preferredThis is a relatively junior role, though prior experience will be advantageous.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Assembly and manufacturing of componentsPick, pack,



and dispatch ordersAssist with receiving and organising stockConfident driving a small truck (standard car licence only)Team player with a positive attitudeAble to follow instructions and also work unsupervisedPhysical Requirements:Lifting up to approximately 30kg components may be required a few times per dayOccasional container unloading (a few times per year)Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role safelyMust have Australian permanent residency or valid work rightsSupportive team workplace with opportunities for growth4-day work weekWork with an environmentally focused businessOpportunity for growthAn interest in environmental sustainability is highly regarded, as it aligns with our company values.
