As the business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to help shape the next chapter.About the RoleThis is a truegeneralist HR role where no two days look the same.Reporting to the Director, you'll partner closely with operational leaders across the business, providing practical HR support while ensuring the people function keeps pace with rapid growth.
You'll enjoy being visible, approachable and involved in the day-to-day operation rather than sitting behind a desk.One day you could be recruiting for a new venue, onboarding employees, supporting a manager through a performance conversation, coordinating a visa sponsorship, resolving an employee relations matter or assisting with payroll.
If you're someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things done, you'll thrive in this role.You'll be responsible for:End-to-end recruitment and onboardingEmployee relations and performance managementCoaching and supporting managers with people mattersManaging the employee lifecycle from commencement through to separationCoordinating employee sponsorships and visa administrationSupporting return-to-work (RTW)
