Yes, we check guests in and out... but we also remember our guest's names (and their dog's names), anticipate on challenges before they become problems, and genuinely care about the experience people have before, during, and after their stay.We're on the lookout for a full-time, Part time or Casual Guest Service Agent which is flexible for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who brings initiative, a team-first mindset, and the kind of attitude that makes both our guests' and team's day a little easier.There's no long list of must-have experience here; if you've got the right mindset, we can teach the rest.What you'll be doing:Running the front desk like it's your own with support from your team members and leadership teamCreating smooth, friendly, and memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-outHandling reservations, enquiries,



and the occasional curveball with confidenceWork in several different systems seamlesslyKeeping things organised, accurate, and one step aheadWorking closely with other departments to keep everything tickingWhat we're looking for:A proactive team player who doesn't wait to be told what to doSomeone who takes ownership and likes a challengeA calm, solutions-focused approach (because hospitality can be unpredictable)Solid communication skills and attention to detailThe perfect balance between admin and guest service excellenceA genuine interest in people and ideally, a soft spot for petsThe non-negotiables:Availability to work a rotating roster across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays between 7am to 11pmFull working rights in AustraliaWillingness to learn, adapt, and be part of a close-knit teamA couple of things to note:A cover letterYour Myer-Briggs personality typeA short explanation of how your unique personality (type) contributes to your success in a role like this
