SEE Group have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month fixed term basis.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce, driving our talent acquisition strategy, and contributing to our employer brand.
You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support SEE Group's continued growth and objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, assessing and presenting candidates to hiring managersProactively identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry eventsConduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with SEE Group's values,



culture and job requirementsPartner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesContribute to building and maintaining SEE Group's employer brand through compelling job postings and a positive candidate experienceStay across industry trends, salary benchmarks and best practice in talent acquisition to provide valuable insights to the businessFoster relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future positionsAssist with onboarding of recent employees, ensuring a smooth and positive startEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment processEssential Skills and AttributesProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on prioritiesHighly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contractsStrong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsKnowledge of Employment Law principles, ideally within a civil construction businessHighly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence othersTertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Employment Law or similar (desirable)What's next?
