About the Role
We'relooking forapassionate Team Leader to managea SupportedIndependent Living (SIL) servicesinMount ColahYou'lllead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centredcare that empowers clients to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance andengagement.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.
Ensuring homes are secure,welcoming,andcompliant.
Coordinating support and liaising with key stakeholders including families, support coordinators,



local hospital and allied health
Ensuring documentation isaccurateand aligned with policy and systemrequirements.
Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices whererequired
Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Schedulingteams.
2-3 yearsleadership experience in the disability sector
Willingness toparticipatein flexible working hours including on call, evenings,weekendsand public holidays
Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
Excellentorganisational, communication and coaching skills
Hold a valid NSW Driver'sLicence(P2/full) and are confident driving Unissonvehicles.
Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
