You will work closely with site stakeholders to ensure compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across all emergency response and site access control systems, equipment, and personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Emergency Response Team during incidents, providing command, control, and coordination of emergency and rescue operationsAct as emergency first response during all call outs and ensure safe, effective incident managementCoordinate site rescue functions, including First Response Team command and return-to-operations supportMentor and develop Emergency Services Officers to maintain a capable, risk-based response team including leading monthly training aligned to our skills maintenance programmeOversee emergency response and site access control systems, ensuring readiness, continuous improvement, and compliance with site and legislative requirementsSupport site HSE activities including risk assessments, inspections, hazard reviews, PTOs,
