Guided by our values of Mishpocha (Family), Chessed (Compassion), Professionalism, Integrity and Inclusivity, we deliver person-centred care that supports independence, dignity and connection.This role is for people who love making complex rosters actually workWhy This Role Is DifferentThis is not a reactive "fill-the-gap" rostering role.You'll sit at the centre of service delivery, working closely with Care Partners, Team Leaders and Support Workers to proactively plan, optimise workforce capacity and protect continuity of care across Support at Home and NDIS programs.
Your work directly impacts client outcomes, staff wellbeing and organisational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the efficient and effective scheduling of support workers and other service providers to meet the required services under the Support at Home and NDIS programs.Ensure that client services are delivered as planned, and workforce capacity is optimized.Ensures all rostering activities comply with funding requirements, the SCHADS award and other industrial instruments, and organisational policies.Develop and maintain accurate and timely rosters across multiple service streamsMatch staff skills, qualifications and availability to client needsManage roster changes,
unplanned leave and cancellations to minimise disruptionForward plan rosters to maximise internal workforce utilisationMaintain accurate data within the Client Management System and rostering platformCommunicate effectively with staff, clients and stakeholders regarding service requirementsSupport payroll and invoicing processes through accurate timesheet and service dataEnsure all rostering practices meet compliance and quality standardsProvide cross-functional support during periods of high demand or staff leaveWhat You'll BringExperience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination (aged care, disability or community services preferred)Understanding of Support at Home and NDIS service modelsKnowledge of SCHADS Award compliance and rostering requirementsStrong computer literacy, including proficiency with rostering systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving abilityHigh-level communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environmentCollaborative, person-centred approachCertificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services or similarExperience working within culturally diverse communitiesUnderstanding of Jewish values, culture and heritageWhy Work With Us?
