Direct Dial Communications works closely with Aspire Non Profit Consulting to provide a first class charity fundraising call centre for its clients.
The Role
We are seeking energetic, and sales orientated outbound/inbound Customer Contact Officers to join our dedicated team, working with a number of Australia's most well-known not-for-profit charities and other Australian clients.
Our successful candidates must have availability to work across a variety of shifts between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and availability to work a minimum of 20 hours.
Duties for the role, but not limited to:
Outbound/inbound sales
Meeting KPI's and other targets
The Requirements:
Proven sales skills highly valued!
Basic computer skills
High levels of motivation and drive
Friendly and qualified phone manner
The ability to communicate with people at all levels
