The successful candidate will be operating a 14-tonne tracked excavator fitted with a drill rig attachment and working closely with ground personnel to ensure safe operations at all times.This role requires an operator who is steady, exact and experienced,



as the attachment being utilised is high-value equipment and working in close proximity to people outside the machine.DutiesOperate a 14t tracked excavator with drill rig attachmentCarry out slope stabilisation worksMaintain safe exclusion zones and ensure the safety of labourers working around the excavatorComplete work efficiently while prioritising safety and equipment carePay Rate:$50/hr - Normal Time$65/hr - OT1$75/hr - OT2RequirementsExcavator ticket / VOCWhite CardDemonstrated experience operating excavators in civil or construction environmentsStrong safety awareness and communication skillsReliable and punctualTarget of 11 paid hours per day, including travelApproximately 7 hours on site4 hours paid travel (2 hours each way)Option to meet at the Molendinar yard and travel to site with the crewThere will be a seat available in a vehicle travelling to site daily
