We are currently looking to fill a Senior role in administration dept at our Head Office based at Burpengary.Our office is fast paced so you need to be a dedicated, enthusiastic team player who can work accurately under pressure in a busy setting.This role will see the successful applicant undertake the various administration duties as required including answering phones, booking travel and accounts payable/receivable support.Duties and Required Skills & ExperienceProcess and track warranty claimsLiaise with manufacturers and suppliers to coordinate warranty approvals and repairsMaintain detailed records of warranty claims and related documentationProvide excellent customer service to clients throughout the warranty claims processAbility to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously.Data EntryRaising orders and invoicesAccounts Receivable Administration & Debtors CollectionAnswering of phones, screening calls and taking messagesOversee the maintenance and bookings for fleet Service dept motor vehicles in all statesPlant maintenance and action on procurement for maintenance requirementsAssist with organising contractors to carry out Maintenance repairs to Finlay sites and Equipment when requiredAdvanced Administration SkillsMS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP B1 experience is an advantageStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsBooking travel and accommodationPreparing QuotationsLiaise and offer administrative support to internal / external stakeholders and other general office duties as requiredPrerequisitesPrevious experience in a similar role is essentialOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
