About the Opportunity
As our new Electrical Estimator, you'll play a key role in the growth and success of our Asset Services division.
You'll be responsible for:
Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for Electrical projects and maintenance contractsGetting out on site to liaise with clients on new projects, upgrades and maintenanceCoordinating and organising complex tender submissionsIdentifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout the estimating and submission processInterpreting mechanical plans and specifications and performing detailed take-offsLiaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure competitive pricingActively seeking and pursuing growth opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers and industry partners
About You
Experience in Electrical Projects (maintenance, construction, or building services)Strong knowledge of AS***********Solid knowledge of Electrical systems, materials, and installation practicesProven ability to prepare quotations for projects of all sizes and collaborate across multiple service linesStrong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleaguesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software (or excellent general computer skills)Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to manage competing tenders and deadlines
