This is a full time (in office) permanent role.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-plan transport routes and schedules to meet client requirementsCoordinate daily pickups and deliveries across FCL, LCL, and AirfreightSupervise and support all daily transport activitiesUpdate client contacts and delivery informationResolve delivery issues and delaysOversee DAWR (AQIS) and BMSB processes,



including fumigation complianceValidate transport invoices and carrier charges before paymentEnsure a high level of customer satisfactionManage service schedules for 3 company vehiclesYour Experience and SkillsMinimum 1 year experience in international freight forwarding and/or transport allocationFamiliarity with port logistics, container transport, and AQIS/DAWR requirementsExperience in using EDI/CargoWise (Port Transport Module)Self motivated and able to work in a team environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
