MAINTENANCE PLANNERLEADWOOD FARMING PTY LTDMUTCHILBA QLD ****SALARY: $76K - $96K p.a.FULLTIME - PERMANENTResponsibilities:The full-time Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the maintenance of all equipment across the Applicant's farming activities.
Working closely with on-farm and contracted technicians and mechanics, the Maintenance Planner ensures that all equipment functions appropriately for its purpose.Specific tasks and responsibilities:Maintain and manage a schedule of all equipment and execute maintenance across cropping and packing/processing operations in accordance with maintenance scheduleCoordinate shutdowns and rotation of equipment between enterprises to ensure productive operations and essential maintenance are attended toProvide technical assistance and providing support to all maintenance activitiesDirecting work undertaken by all internal and external technicians and mechanicsEnsure workshops are stocked appropriately with spare parts needed,



and liaising with external providers and suppliers in accordance with maintenance needsProject manage any construction and structural work requiredMaintaining accurate records, including collating all relevant manuals and documents for each equipment across the enterprises.Working closely with Managers across cropping and packing/processing operations, and Farm Owners to ensure least amount production downtimeExperience requirements:At least 3 years of experienceSkills RequiredDemonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules across multiple operationsStrong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, processing equipment and mechanical systems, including fault identificationSound inventory control and spare parts management skillsEffective record-keeping, project coordination and stakeholder communication skills
