What Makes a Difference for Us
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 experience in Orthopaedics or Surgical nursing (desirable)
Clinical confidence, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
A drive to deliver exceptional care in high-pressure environments
Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster including early, late, nights and weekends
A calm, team-oriented approach in high‐pressure situations
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
A commitment to reflective practice, safety, and patient-centred care
