An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated Territory Manager to take ownership of a large and high-potential territory spanning Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter Region, Tamworth, Armidale and the wider New England region.This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships, embraces travel, and is motivated to continuously grow and develop both personally and professionally.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse diabetes portfolio across hospital and community healthcare settings.
Working closely with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, GPs and key healthcare stakeholders, you will drive product awareness, education and adoption throughout the territory.This is a hands‐on, field‐based role requiring regular regional travel, strong territory ownership and a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with Endocrinologists, Diabetes Educators, GPs,



Pharmacists and hospital stakeholdersDrive territory growth by identifying and converting new business opportunitiesDeliver product education and clinical support across diabetes technologies and digital health solutionsDevelop strategic referral pathways and expand stakeholder engagement throughout the territoryManage your territory autonomously with a high level of accountability and professionalismConsistently execute against sales objectives, activity KPIs and growth targetsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare salesDiabetes experience or exposure to hospital‐based selling highly regardedA science, nursing or related healthcare degree is essentialA self‐starter mentality with the ability to work independently and stay motivatedEnergetic, positive and resilient attitudeExceptional communication and relationship‐building skillsSomeone who is proactive, adaptable and willing to do what it takes to succeedComfortable managing a large regional territory with frequent travelValid driver's licenceWhy Join?
