About the Role
As a Lifestyle Assistant (Disability Support Worker), you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live their best life.
Your day-to-day may include:
In-home support — personal care, domestic assistance, and daily living tasks
Community engagement — supporting people to participate in social and recreational activities
Promoting independence and supporting NDIS plans
Flexible shifts available: Day, Weekend, and Sleepovers – perfect for work-life balance!

What We're Looking For
Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain (Successful applicants must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 3 months if not currently held)
NDIS Worker Screening Card (or Yellow Card)
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
Australian working rights
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity team environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in disability support, high care needs, or behaviour support plans
Robust communication skillsA passion for empowering others
Paid on-the-job training is provided for successful applicants.
