You enjoy mentoring staff, promoting evidence-based practice, and creating positive learning experiences that enhance patient care and workforce capability.With a focused two-day-per-week roster working Monday and Tuesday only, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the General Surgical Ward at Campbelltown Hospital while supporting the ongoing development of our nursing workforce.Selection CriteriaTo help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.Describe your experience in developing and delivering education programs for nursing staff in a general surgical setting.
