The Opportunity: We're partnered with a well-established mining organisation in Queensland, seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to support site-based operations on a DIDO roster.
This is a hands‐on role managing payroll for their operation and assisting with the management of HRIS data reporting directly into the HR Manager and working closely with the broader site leadership team.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, while also supporting HR systems, reporting, and compliance across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long‐term stability, a strong salary package within a well‐performing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 900 employeesEnsure accuracy across timesheets, allowances, and site‐based pay conditionsMaintain and manage HRIS data, reporting, and system integritySupport onboarding, mobilisation, and employee records managementAssist with compliance, audits,
