Our best ideas come from our people.What you'll be doingLead estimating, cost planning, and tender preparation for commercial projectsEngage early with clients and consultants to shape project outcomesAnalyse drawings, specifications, and methodologies with a critical lensDrive value engineering and smart construction solutionsBuild and manage subcontractor pricing and relationshipsContribute to how we improve systems, processes, and deliveryWhat you bring3+ years' experience in commercial construction estimatingStrong understanding of buildability, sequencing, and methodologyAbility to interpret drawings and develop accurate cost plansExperience across projects in the $1M–$15M rangeCommercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and improveClear communication and the ability to work as part of a tight teamThe bigger pictureWe believe construction can be done better—through smarter early engagement, stronger collaboration, and a focus on outcomes that actually matter.
