Your RoleReporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll lead the Customer Service team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation.
Duties include:Working in a fast paced setting, attending to high volume calls and processing ordersLeading, coaching and supporting a small Customer Service teamManaging customer enquiries,



quotations and order processingWork collaboratively with Sales Representatives (in-field) and responding to queries with urgencyBuilding strong customer and stakeholder relationshipsResolving complex customer issues as requiredDriving continuous improvement across customer service processesMaintaining CRM accuracy and reportingAbout YouSound Customer Service Leadership experienceManufacturing, Operations or Supply Chain environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing high-volume enquiries and ordersCommercial awareness and attention to detailContinuous improvement mindsetCRM and MS365 experienceOther DetailsThis is a full-time, on-site position and hours fall between 7-3 or 8-4 (staggered accordingly).
Remuneration is competitive with bonus available in addition to salary.On-site parking and easy access to public transport.
