We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Supervisor/Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Regional Earth & Civil P/L located in Cobram/Barooga.
This role will oversee the delivery of complex civil construction and irrigation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Applicant must have competent computer skills including outlook, excel and word and be willing to up skill with internal I.T. program, comply with ISO accredited management system and legislation.
Applicant must present well, be adaptable to quick-paced project and ever changing conditions.
You will play a crucial part in the strategic growth of our business and projects.What you'll be doingManage the day-to-day activities of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, and troubleshooting issuesDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirementsEnsure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standardsLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address concerns and facilitate project approvalsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the construction teamIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutionsPrepare detailed reports and presentations on project performanceWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Project Superintendent or Site Engineer in the civil construction and irrigation industryStrong working knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project management principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamProficient in the use of project management software and construction documentationCurrent driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites as requiredPresent well, in a clean and tidy manner, a can do attuite, have a safe approach to all tasks and conduct yourself in a professional manner.Be open to pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.What we offerThe position is a full time or project long position depending on applicant.competitive salaryopportunities for career advancementa range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing initiativescar is providedaccommodation can be provided for certain projects.Roster can be discussed with applicant from 5-6 days a week or 11/3 or 4 rosters.About usRegional Earth & Civil P/L is a leading provider of civil construction and irrigation services in regional Victoria and New South Wales.
