Work alongside a passionate team, receive dedicated mentorship, and earn a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.About the RoleAs a trainee, you will join a supportive team and play a vital role in creating secure, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Your daily responsibilities will include:Supporting play-based learning and group activitiesAssisting with children's routines including hygiene, meals, and restBuilding strong relationships with children, families, and your teamLearning and applying the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Observing and reflecting on children's development and learning journeysWhy Start Your Career Here?
