We are partnering with a growing boutique strata agency built on exceptional customer service, strong relationships and a refreshingly personal approach.
The business now manages more than 50 buildings, with several additional schemes joining the portfolio.
As a result, they are looking for an experienced Strata Manager to provide a dependable set of hands and help support their continued growth.
The opportunity
This is a permanent part-time position that can be structured around the right person.
Hybrid and fully remote arrangements may be considered, ideally for someone based in the Sutherland Shire, Wollongong or surrounding areas.




You will manage a considered portfolio while being supported by an approachable business owner who understands the industry and genuinely values work-life balance.
What we're looking for
Previous experience managing a strata portfolio
Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and processes
Confidence communicating with committees, owners and suppliers
A calm, organised and customer-focused approach
The ability to work independently in a flexible environment
Experience using Strata Master would be highly regarded
