Site Manager - Electrical (Commercial & Industrial Projects)
About the Role
Atom Resources is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading Tier 2 Electrical Contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial projects across Sydney.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing site-based operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, driving programme outcomes, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and clients while leading teams on projects ranging from major commercial developments through to industrial facilities and infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations across commercial and industrial projects
Lead electricians, leading hands, apprentices, and subcontractors on site
Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and equipment requirements
Monitor project progress to ensure programmes and milestones are achieved




Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, builders, and clients
Manage site documentation, variations, and quality inspections
Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and disruptions
Maintain a positive site culture focused on safety, accountability, and performance
Skills & Experience
NSW Electrical Licence
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Foreman
Robust background delivering commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
Ability to lead and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
Solid understanding of project programmes, site sequencing, and construction methodologiesThis line was not properly terminated.
